Emily is passionate about working with Gen Z teens and young adults, as well as Millennials, specializing in work with females. She provides support through life transitions and difficulties, helping people to increase their self-esteem and heal from trauma. She takes a holistic approach to treatment, utilizing treatments such as the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping) and Reiki, and is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy.

Lauren specializes in working with teens, adults, and couples. She strives to help you understand the root of what's creating unease in your mind, your heart, your life and in your relationships. Lauren incorporates a holistic approach to treatment and works with those regarding concerns from early life to end of life and everything in between.

Ashley is passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and women. Her specialties include anxiety, depression, and relationship issues; as well as providing support through life transitions. While walking alongside you in your journey, Ashley will help you discover your strengths and empower you to face your challenges. She strives to provide a space of non-judgement and empathy, so you can thrive mentally, emotionally, and physically. As a therapist, she takes a holistic approach to treatment while utilizing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy.

Shannon loves working with individuals ranging in age from late adolescence through adulthood. She will help you live in congruence with your values, motivate you to work toward your goals, and empower you to take control of your life, despite difficult hardships, thoughts, and emotions that you may be experiencing. She provides a holistic and person-centered approach to therapy to facilitate growth and self-discovery. She is person-centered, and is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
